For Pride month we wanted to do a special glam contest. So the theme for this contest is:
LGBTQ Character Cosplay Glams !! Your character comes in cosplay as a LGBTQ Character or person, no restrictions. Does not need to be in FFXIV, you can come as Elton John if you can pull it off!
When:
Sunday June 18th
Contest will start immediately after our 1st Chocobo race of the evening, approximately 8:45 pm PDT.
Rules:
1 – The characters you can portray are not limited to FFXIV. Any pop culture or real character that is Lesbian, Gay, Bi/pan, Trans, otherwise Queer or questioning are allowed.
2 – Sexually ambiguous or sus are okay with my approval. Send me DM if you think you fall in this category. No political jabs, no you can’t come dressed as George W Bush in drag!
3 – Contest will be done without plugins, so keep it vanilla ffxiv when putting together your outfit!
Voting and winners:
This time we will not be separating male and female characters.
Staff will vote for their top 4 (5 if we have more then 10 contestants)
I (Vral) will break any ties based on factors of difficulty and clarity and my subjective whim.
The winner will receive a new complete set of Pajamas of their choice (Plain, Cactaur, Chocobo)
All other contestants will receive 1 piece of Pajama’s of their choice.
After the contest for guests, if we have enough staff dressed up we could hold a contest for staff, where guests vote on their favorites.
