Please join us this upcoming Sunday for our annual Eden Hall Hostess Club Staff Appreciation Day!
Like last year, our staff won’t be working. Instead, we’ll play games and hang out on the beach together!
Unlike last year, where we held the event at the beach outside my house, we plan to host it at Costa del Sol on the Halicarnassus World on Dynamis DC. This way everyone who wants to join us can!
Sept 1st 2024 – 7-11 pm PDT.
We will be hosting a variety a games with prizes:
- Fishing Tournament (lvl 5)
- prizes for Largest Fish, Smallest Fish, Most Fish
- RolePlay Beach Volleyball Tournament (2v2)
- Winning team will win 100k to split and continues to play against new opponents!
- In a nutshell, the game works in turns of Serving -> Defense -> Set to Teammate -> Strike.
- 1 – Serve: Roleplay yourself hitting the ball to an target opposing player and then roll /random
- 2 – Defense: Start by rolling /random. If your roll is higher than the attacking roll you’ve successfully defended the strike/serve and bounce the ball to your teammate! If its lower you failed and missed. Roleplay accordingly.
- 3 – Set: If the previous defense was successful then the player setting the ball rolls /random, if higher then 333 its successful and you roleplay setting to the ball for your partner to strike at your opponents! If fail…you fail and the ball lands on the ground.
- 4 – Strike: Similar to serving, you roleplay yourself jumping up and spiking or striking the ball to a specific opposing player and then roll /random and thy defend!
- 1st team to 3 points wins the match!
- If ball hits ground the opposing team gets a point and they get to serve the ball. If the serving team won the point, then they rally and they switch servers (so everyone gets to serve).
- If a serve or strike roll is 950 or higher it is a critical hit, and there is no defense. It’s an automatic point and the defender roleplays the critical miss on the strike.
- If a defensive action (defense or set) roll is 950 or higher it is a critical defense. Every defensive and setting crit lowers the range for critical hits on the next strike by 100 points. (If the defense is critical then the set critical range goes to 900+, if the set also critical then the defense team’s Strike critical range drops to 850!)
